2. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 5 minutes of placement, as long as preparation has not yet begun. Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, we may not be able to cancel it.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, reach out immediately via our Contact page with your order number. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
4. Cancellations by Carlos Hospitality
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to item unavailability, delivery-area restrictions, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Any amount paid for a successfully cancelled order is refunded as per our Refund Policy.
